Fees & Payment Terms
Access to the ad-free subscription or other features, may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, including before activating or updating any recurring payments, you will have an opportunity to review the fees that you will be charged before you accept them. If you activate or update recurring payments through the Service, you authorize Pi My Life Up to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums.
You may cancel recurring charges at any time via the functionality of my account or by emailing Pi My Life Up at support@pimylifeup.com .
All fees are in U.S. dollars, and are non-refundable. Subscription renewals are refundable within 7 days. If Pi My Life Up changes the fees for the Service, including by adding additional fees or charges, you will be provided advance notice of those changes and the opportunity to accept the changes. If you do not accept the changes, Pi My Life Up may discontinue providing the Service to you.
Payment processing for Pi My Life Up’s is handled by our payment services providers, PayPal and Stripe. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. You hereby authorize Pi My Life Up to provide your payment details to its third party payment processor for processing payments.
Account Creation
An account will be created when you attempt to purchase a product, and you will be sent a username and password on how to access the account. This account is required for access to our range of digital products and the ad-free subscription.
Termination of Use
You may terminate or delete your account at any time upon request by contacting us at support@pimylifeup.com If you elect to delete your account, please see our Privacy Policy for what we will do with your data. If you terminate or delete your account, you remain obligated to pay all outstanding fees, if any, incurred prior to termination relating to your use of the Service.
